STANDARD COURSE DESCRIPTION

10 Week Language Course  

Our specialist Spanish Language School has been based in Cork for 10 years.  We have taken students from Beginners Level to Fluency through our engaging, entertaining and step by step approach to learning Spanish.  For our Adult students, we offer courses in which we focus attention on the spoken language. The pace of learning is adapted according to the students needs.  We show our learners how to acquire the language easily and simplify the process to accelerate progress so that students remain engaged, confident and achieve competency in the language.

The timetable is flexible and our Spanish courses for Adults take place once a week, the course duration is 10 weeks for 2 hours weekly. (20 hours). We also offer private and intensive courses through our flexible hourly booking system.

The objectives of our courses are mapped onto the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR) as directed by the Real Academia Española.  The guide for the course levels are as follows:

​In class, there will be emphasis on the spoken language, although students will be encouraged to do some written exercises based on the topics used in the class.​

JUNIOR AND LEAVING CERTIFICATE CLASSES

From September we offer groups which focus on preparation for the State Examinations.

Following the syllabus, we go through all the areas that need to be covered.   The teacher is an experienced State Examiner who can provide valuable tips and advice for achieving maximum grades.

Small groups allow us to pay attention to the needs of each individual student.
